We’d like to invite you to our first Works in Progress meeting this semester. On Thursday, September 10 at 8:00pm, Prof. Corina Stan will present her paper “Affordances of a New Language: Abbas Khider's Claim to Community in German for Everyone.” Corina is Associate Professor of Comparative Literature in the English Department at Duke, where she works on British, French and German twentieth- and twenty-first century literature.
