GSLL to welcome teaching assistant professor in Russian in fall, 2021

In fall 2021 the Department will welcome Matthew McGarry, currently instructor in Russian at the University of Oklahoma (link) who expects to receive his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in the spring of 2021.
