The IAH Faculty Fellowship Program provides on-campus, semester-long leaves for faculty members from the College of Arts and Sciences to pursue research and creative work that leads to publication, exhibition, composition, and performance. In the competition for the current academic year Professor Aleksandra Prica (fall, 2020) and Professor Priscilla Layne (spring, 2021) received awards.

Professor Eliza Rose’s article “Civic Voyeurism. Józef Robakowski’s Aerial Views of the Commons” has appeared in the Polish journal View: Theories and Practices of Visual Culture. Her survey of science fiction film from socialist-era Poland, “On the Silver Screen: Science Fiction Film of the People’s Poland,” was published in culture.pl.

Professor Paul Roberge was named to the Editorial Board of the Journal of Pidgin and Creole Languages. He had previously served for many years on the journal’s Editorial Advisory Committee.
