Who’s who in the Department of Germanic & Slavic Languages & Literatures.
GSLL is currently comprised of twenty-six faculty members with primary expertise in fields ranging from linguistics to literary studies, film & media studies to philosophy, comparative literature to religious studies.
GSLL graduate students study both German and Slavic literature and teach a variety of language courses every semester. GSLL is also home every year to graduate exchange students from German universities.
GSLL includes nine professors emeriti from both German and Slavic Studies.
