Please join us on Thursday June 7 at 3:30 pm for an informal presentation by Ekaterina Turta  on “The Creative Works of A.M. Remizov in the Context of English Culture”.

Ms. Turta is from Tyumen State University, Russia, and is currently a Fulbright Visiting Student Researcher at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  She will begin as an MA student in Slavic Languages and Literatures this coming fall.

Ms. Turta has spent the past year using the rich resources of Davis Library, the Savine Collection, and the Rare Book Collection at Wilson Library to research her topic. She will speak informally about her work and the original editions she consulted here, which will be on view.

The talk will be held in the Friends of the Library Room, 3rd Floor, Wilson Special Collections Library.

Coffee, tea, and light refreshments will follow.

We look forward to seeing you.
